What remains optional

Private cloud saves are explicit and account-owned. No automatic deal upload is introduced. Scheduled feeds and email subscriptions still require operational setup. The advisor remains a transparent rules-based tool.

Optional listing search

Scout can query Empire Flippers for online businesses after you explicitly submit a public search. Results show asking price and reported annual net profit separately. Review and enter verified SDE before saving; repeated listing reviews open the existing record without replacing your notes. No scheduled scanning or email delivery is active.
